Context && Challenges Challenges

La Reserva Club is an elegant, rare and sophisticated community at the heart of Sotogrande, Spain. Created to deliver the very best in family lifestyle, the Club offers its Members and Residents private access to a remarkable selection of leisure activities and services amidst its rich and sumptuous landscape.

Soon after the opening of the community, La Reserva Club wanted to expand its reach to potential customers. To attract new clientele and increase awareness of the new club, La Reserva Club partnered with our agency to promote their “Discovery Package”, an exclusive offer for an all inclusive two-night stay to potential new residents of the community.


One of the main objectives was to develop a strategy and online experience that would increase occupancy and revenue through a well thought through inbound marketing journey that would guide users to download the documentation before pushing them to confirm their stay. This strategy was deployed through the following 4 channels:

Landing page

A high-converting landing page that allowed a smoother customer journey that would showcase everything that the community had to offer. The landing page had to be highly responsive to allow users quick and easy access to the integrated booking widget and system.

Content Marketing

A full content marketing strategy composed of valuable, relevant, and consistent content (blog posts) to attracts people from organic search and retarget visitors with new content through ads

Social ads

Facebook and Instagram Ad Campaigns with various Ad Sets optimized for Lead Generation. We used Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads to capture lead information such as name, email, and phone number

Google Ads

Google ads Search & Display campaigns to reach Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) users with the intent of buying a secondary residence.
