We were tasked with establishing a clean landing page as a base for advertising and deploying the online paid advertising strategy that followed.
Landing page
We designed and developed a fully responsive interactive landing page showcasing the beauty & location of the property using stunning photography, an intuitive, user-friendly design and an interactive map of the neighborhood. We used strong and compelling CTA’s and several trust signals to increase the conversion rate.
Paid Performance Marketing Campaigns (PPC)
We managed to hugely increase lead generation through PPC campaigns (Facebook / IG / Google Ads) by adding high attention to account structure logic, leveraging analytics data and utilising strategic audiences. We also include Facebook form ads to optimize lead generation and compete against competition.
Despite a sensitive COVID-19 crisis context, the 3-months campaigns have generated more than +100 high-quality leads from UHNWI audience at an $30 cost per lead and 15% conversion rate.
